I"m posting this song because of P.F. Sloan's death yesterday. Sloan and Steve Barri wrote the song with Sloan playing lead guitar on the record. Rivers recorded it for the opening theme of the American series Secret Agent, which aired in the U.S. from 1964 to 1966. After the series started they added 2 more verses and released it as a single, the song peaked at No. 3 in 1966 on the Billboard Hot 100.
